a simple valentine

last year i made a really simple valentine for bill that i thought i would share.  i saw an idea for making fingerprint hearts in martha stewart (i saw it in the magazine and did not see it on-line when i looked).

i took three photos - one of ellie, one of wiley, and one of the family.  then i glued them in a stack on piece of plain white paper.  i used small black and white photos (~approximately wallet sized).  then, i had ellie and wiley each make a fingerprint heart next to their photo and i made one next to the family picture.

then i put the sheet in a floating frame.

at the bottom i wrote happy valentine's day 2009.
